Rationale

There is a working group with multiple work items to align B557 and B557M with each other and with ASTM E8/E8M. One item being addressed is the figures, dimensioning and tolerancing in WK77802 (for B557) and in WK77803 (for B557M) and this was recently discussed in a working group session. Two figures discussed were Fig. 14 and Fig. 15 within Section 6.5 for Powdered Metals. The working group discussed how these two figures currently do not match E8/E8M and the figures are not in use (by the people within the working group). This work item is to remove Fig. 14 and Fig. 15 and Sections related to Powdered Metals.
