The changes to this standard are based on a D03.92 review for Terminology, Editorial and general improvements that were deemed to be more than "editorial" and did not make the recent "editorial" changes to the recently issued 2025 version of this standard. Any prior balloted comments offered for this standard are also included in the changes.
