Rationale

This ballot aligns screen updates with those recently made in F1671-25A. It revises “the recommended” to “a screen design,” incorporates editorial improvements, and adds Figure 3 to illustrate the optional screen design. Additionally, the sole-source language has been removed based on feedback from test laboratories.
