Rationale

The D6708 bias assessment outcome of the updated ASTM D8267 precision against new ASTM D1319 precision is the subject of this ballot. This ballot is contingent on the successful ballot of the new D8267 precision statement and the successful ballot of new ASTM D1319 precision. It is for this reason the D6708 is balloted separately from the new D8267 precision.
