Rationale

This ballot contains one item. The item is required to update the footnotes to Tables 2 and 3 so that they are consistent with Practice C670, which no longer uses the notation 1s% as a shorthand for the coefficient of variation. The change is to remove the reference to 1s% in the footnotes and to delete the footnote symbol A from the headings of the second columns in Table 2 and 3.
