Rationale

Currently, Section 12 of the main body states that a C780 report shall include any known deviations from the test method, and section A6.4.1.3 states that if the initial curing temperatures of compression specimen deviates from the temperatures listed, then they should be discarded. The task group reviewed these sections and determined that it is better to have compressive strength data with a note of initial curing temperatures being out of tolerance than for the cubes to be discarded.
