Rationale

The scope of C1623 uses ‘slump concrete’ and ‘no-slump concrete’. These terms are not typically used in C15 standards. This ballot proposes changing these terms to ‘wet-cast concrete’ and 'zero-slump concrete’ to be consistent with the other C15 standards.
