Rationale

(#2 Section 6.6 Minimum number of points in search range) In Section 6.6, the method of converting the calculated fractional number of points to an integer value is not specified. During development of ASTM E3076-18, the calculated fractional minimum number of points in the search range was always rounded up to the next integer value. This work item is to update Section 6.6 to provide this guidance to the user.
