Rationale

After the fall meeting the task group would like the standard updated in 2 areas. The first is the inclusion of language referring to practice E29 and to specify how significant digits from test data will be interpreted in the standard. The second is to set minimum and maximum thicknesses when testing high temperature materials for maximum use temperature and exothermic temperature rise.
