Rationale

Revs for E8/E8M to better describe specimen options for extruded profiles - especially for testing of sections that are not flat. Currently, the standard gives only one sentence on shapes, does not mention extrusions, and does not list the curved "rectangular" specimen as a viable option when testing sections that are not flat. Also, Fig 12 is not labeled.
