Rationale

the most recent revision for C927 was balloted and approved with a mistake in Section 7.3. The optimal wavelength for cadmium was inadvertently changed from 228.8 nm to 283.3 nm which is that for lead from section 7.2. No voter nor the author caught that error. This work item is taken out to correct that single error.
