D7108 was balloted earlier in 2025. An Affirmative with Comment vote was received regarding Section 6.1 (the certification level was missing from the NACE Certified Coating Inspector line). This constitutes a technical change; therefore section 6.1 of D7108-12 (2018) is being balloted to reflect this change.
