Rationale

This document was revised as part of the 5-year review process. Editorial updates to sections 2.2, 2.3 and 6.2 to be consistent with changes to Policy P-10. Added section “Summary of Changes” for future tracking. As this standard is overdue, this ballot is for the above revisions and editorial changes only.
