Rationale

This document was revised as part of the 5-year review process. Updated Section 3.2.1 to be consistent with parts of speech, and updates to sections 2.2, 2.5 and 6.2.1 to be consistent with changes to Policy P-10. Section 6.2.2 removed as redundant. As this standard is overdue and needs to be balloted before the end of this year to avoid withdrawal, this ballot is for the above revisions and editorial changes only. Once renewed, future changes will be made in subsequent balloting.
