Rationale

This document was revised as part of the 5-year review process. There are editorial updates to sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 6.2.1 to be consistent with changes to Policy P-10 and updates to Section 3 to be consistent with parts of speech. As this standard is overdue and needs to be balloted before the end of this year to avoid withdrawal, this ballot is for revision and editorial changes only. Once renewed, future changes will be made in subsequent balloting.
