This standard was submitted on ballot E01 (25-03) and received no negatives and only one comment. The comment was addressed, and the standard was published. But there was a negative from a previous ballot, E01 (24-01), that had not been addressed. This ballot submission addresses that negative which only pertained to section 5.2.3. Only section 5.2.3 is being submitted for this ballot.
