The purpose of this ballot is to move the following terms from the body of the standard to the non-mandatory appendix: refined tar, tar, tar concrete cold-laid, tar concrete hot laid, oil-gas tars, penetration macadam, soil aggregate, stone chips, and straight-run pitch.
