Rationale

The purpose of this ballot is to revise the terms reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) and recycled asphalt paving mixture as shown below. These terms recently were recently balloted for revision, along with revision of the term recycling agent (RA) and the addition of a new term, reclaimed asphalt shingles (RAS). A negative vote was received on the previous ballot, but the negative voter agreed to withdraw their negative if the changes described below were made in a new ballot.
