Footnote 4: Formatting of two articles by the same authors together as one reference is unusual; references were split. Note to editor to check formatting. 7. Section A1.1: Deleted space between mega and ohms in the units of “2 M O·cm.” 8. Footnote 5: “Refer to Appendix A1 of Test Method F47…” There is not an appendix in F47 (this withdrawn standard has hazards listed in 10.1 and 10.2). Footnote deleted due to the presence of Section 1.4 of this standard. 9. Section 14: keywords expanded to better match F14 and be more consistent with other standards.
