Rationale

The purpose of this ballot is to add a new insulation material specified by C1936: Specification for Layered, Glass Fiber Felt Pipe and Board Insulation. This is represented by a new Table 17 of minimum pipe insulation thicknesses and a new row of minimum board insulation thicknesses added to Table 11. C1936 has been added to the list of reference documents in Section 2. This ballot is only for the changes highlighted in this document.
