Rationale

The Work Item will be presented twice to ballot two changes in A370. The first is a change in the subsection title for A2.5 from Manipulating Tests to Ductility Tests. The second ballot will correct an error in subsection A2.5.1.1 where reference is made to Fig A2.4 regarding a destructive flattening test that may be conducted on tubing to verify weld integrity. Figure A2.4 is identified in the Annex as "Location of Transverse Tension Test Specimen in Ring Cut from Tubular Products".
