Rationale

Rational for revision Within ASTM D1655 Table 2 is mentioned in Section 6.2.1 before Table 1 specifications. This is not aligned with Part D8 of the Form and Style for ASTM Standards. Having an Index of Tables in the Scope, with hyperlinks to the key tables will allow the user to quickly access relevant information in the tables, and show Table 1 first within D1655.
