Rationale

This ballot item contains editorial revisions, title and section changes that reflect the standard applies to EIFS with Drainage and EIFS. The changes are consistent with terminology in the Building Codes, other ASTM standards and addresses a prior persuasive negative/ comments in ballot item E6 (24 05) WK 90814. This latest ballot includes changes based on a persuasive negative in Ballot E06 (25-02) item 022 as discussed at the 10/7/25 E658 subcommittee meeting.
