Rationale

A ballot was approved during the Anaheim December 2024 ASTM Subcommittee J03 meeting to move filter information from Section 9 to Section 7, Reagents and Materials. The ballot also clarifies the filter material used for the qualitative filter to provide information to the users to ensure the test is performed with similar materials across the user community.
