Rationale

Pressure Vessel Steel Grade H was first introduced to ASTM A414 in 2013. The vanadium requirement was published in error as 0.05 % minimum, versus the correct requirement of 0.005 % minimum. This error was recently brought to the attention of Subcommittee A01.19, and this ballot item corrects the error.
