Rationale

C1222 section 7.2 contains requirements concerning test methods C204 and C114 that are no longer needed. Those requirements have been examined by the responsible sub-committees. The respective sub-committees have published the desired language the methods need to assure to the user that the C1222 desired intent has been placed into the test method itself. C114 subsection 6.2.1.1 and C204 subsection 5.7.1 and note 8 contain that language. To avoid confusion, those requirements in C1222 are being ballotted for removal.
