Rationale

A ballot was approved during the Anaheim December 2024 ASTM Subcommittee J03 meeting to remove the warning statements within the method as Section 1.6 instructs the users to review appropriate safety & health concerns and environmental practices. The deletion of the warning statements does not impact the test method procedures.
