Rationale

The purpose of the ballot is to allow additional technologies and products to comply with the ASTM standards, even if it operates the Computer-vision Processing outside the pool unit as a separate system, provided it is hardwired to the pool unit. (The previous ballot only allowed for the computing to be done on the pool unit itself.)
