Rationale

When discussing the upcoming review of ASTM D4255, it was noted that it has been largely superseded in use by ASTM D7078 in use. For 3 consecutive D30.04 meetings nobody has spoken out to alter this plan and maintain ASTM D4255. Balloting to membership at large to ensure that ASTH D30 membership are all in agreement that this standard can be withdrawn and replaced with ASTM D7078.
