Rationale

Work item to continue the work related to re-organization of standard in 2021. Ballots created in this work item relate to outstanding feedback from the original balloting done to re-organize the standard. On the re-organization of the standard, portions of existing language no longer clearly aligns with the section it is now in. This relates to sections, sentences or paragraphs that are applicable in two or more sections in the newly structured standard. Balloting will be related to splitting existing language and reassigning it to appropriate sections of the standard.
