Rationale

Currently Section 9.2.5 requires testing agencies to retain data sheets and summary reports related to participation in proficiency sample programs. This requirement is being removed to simplify the section. This update DOES NOT remove the requirement to retain results of proficiency sample participation and, if needed, the results of investigation and corrective actions taken.
