Rationale

Changes in the reference fuel industry have increased the demand for testing in support of secondary reference fuels (SRF) needed in ASTM D613. A new practice will direct manufacturers of SRF to the process that will assist in meeting this requirement in a more timely manner without overwhelming the goals of the NEG program
