Rationale

This work item is to update the definition of "shear strength" to add a discussion point that it is also called "shear ultimate strength". The term is used in B769 and B831 which are under the jurisdiction of B07.05, however these standards reference E6 for terminology. The term "shear strength" is currently not defined in a specific standard within E28, as such, the proposed changes will be made to E6.
