Rationale

Section 6.2 covering faced insulation is being revised to better spell out the Specification C1136 requirement, including exception for non-vapor retarding applications. Section 4.1.1 and Note 1 are also revised as appropriate to that change. Also, a definition for “tab” is being added. Only the above-noted sections are being considered in voting on this ballot item.
