Rationale

Committee F24 passed a change to section 5.1.1.4 (1) reframing Suitability Assessment as Eligibility Analysis, on ballot 24-02 item 008. The revised language is published in F2291-24. A negative voter asked the task group to explicitly clarify that the Eligibility Analysis was not expected to be a discrete, standalone analysis provided that it was incorporated within other analysis. The TG did not intend to establish a standalone analysis. At this time, to respond to the request, we propose to ADD a NOTE to Section 5.1.1.4 (1) to this effect.
