Rationale

Revisions to this standard incorporates comments that have been received over the last few years. Only Section 6.7.5 is being proposed, this is a change correct a conversion error and relax the maximum hole allowed in the witness panel. Any other comments received will be taken into consideration for future subcommittee discussions.
