Rationale

Committee F18.15 is balloting D120 to add Type III gloves. These are gloves with added mechanical properties and are described as composite gloves that do not require leather protectors. The existing D120 language is not being balloted at this time. Any negatives on existing D120 language will be addressed as new business at the next F18.15.20 Task Group meeting.
