Correspondence to ASTM D02.03 officers pointed to various language contained in D5291 could be confusing and open for misinterpretation. Review of D5291-21 and the results from a canvasing activity of current D5291 users led to the formation of a task group charged with revision of D5291 at the D02.03 June 2024 meeting.
