Rationale

To update the hydraulic system requirement of the test method as the Nichols/Zenith gear pump is no longer commercially available. Any pump including a piston pump as long as it yields an equivalent output flowrate would be a suitable alternative to the very specific gear pump stated in the test method. Going forward, just the output flowrate needs to be specified. This would be equivalent to what is in the current method. No specific pump model will be specified.
