There are a lot of common questions that users of weathering standards have, which are not currently addressed by any of the practices or test methods in C24. This would give users general guidance on how to select weathering practices/test methods, how to use the data from weathering tests, and differences between common weathering architectures (outdoor, xenon arc, fluorescent uv, carbon arc, etc.)
