E10.05 needs a philosophy for addressing the burn-up correction. Is it done on an energy-bin basis or on a spectrum basis? E10.05 needs a convention for wording of “duration of exposure” or “duration of irradiation”. Since this affects all E10 standards, this should be referred to E10.93.
