Add standard specification for studs in accordance ASME B18.31.2. Add terminology with ASME B18.12 similar to ASTM A574. Limit A354 fastener marking on studs to 3/8 inch nominal diameter and larger, similar to A449. Title change to remove "other externally threaded products". There are not requirements in the specification to define requirements for other fastener styles.
