Rationale

Ballot action is to address a discrepancy between the inch-pound and metric tables for camber located in Annexes A2 and A3. This revision will add a wide coil camber table (consistent with A3.30) in inch-pound units and renumber current A2.30 to A2.31 and add a new table A3.31 for metric plate camber.
