Rationale

The task group discussed the current language of Section 5.1.2.1 and agreed that the concepts discussed in section 5.1.2.1 are applicable to roof systems and the discussion should be broader as the concepts apply to all portions of the exterior envelope not just exterior walls framed with wood. This work item is intended to update Section 5.1.2.1 to ensure the language does not just reference exterior walls.
