Rationale

D8120 requires a full precision and bias study. Prior to running a full ILS, a bias study will be completed between the three instrument-types referenced in the standard (Spectro, Parker and Poseidon devices). The results of the bias study will dictate if any changes need to be made to the standard before completing the ILS.
