Rationale

The rationale for the revision of D8305 is to update the precision to meet the needs of aviation turbine fuel specifications (D1655) and to update the between-method bias equation for the new precision of D1319. The new precision statement for aviation turbine fuels in D1319 will be obtained concurrently with the other standards analyzing total aromatics.
