Rationale

This standard requires updating of TABLE 2 Regional Standard Barometers and references 3 and 4 as well editorial revision for improved readability. Fortin-type mercurial barometers are still primary references for NIST and other related agencies world-wide; therefore, they are retained in this standard as appropriate for use.
