New Guide for Emergency Response Plan for Spaceports

1. Scope

Standard guide and industry best practice for preparing an Emergency Response Plan that facilitates ease of licensing and re-licensing of a spaceport undergoing FAA Launch Site Operator License application or a launch or reentry operator undergoing licensing for those operations. It is envisioned that an Emergency Response Plan that conforms to the standard should be acceptable as a means of compliance under 14 CFR 420 and 14 CFR 450.
