Rationale

Revise items discussed at the Oct 2024 E 658 subcommittee meeting including correction of editorial error in section 6.1 (clumps should read clamps), delete references to 'Class PB' since this term is no longer used in the industry and add references to 'EIFS with drainage systems' for consistency with systems referenced in the International Building and Residential codes.
