There has been confusion on how to calculate the Vickers diagonal halves in order to satisfy section 7.10.1. This ballot item is to revise section 7.10.1 in order to provide more clarity for users to calculate the length of the diagonal halves and the resulting percentage difference in the length of the diagonal halves.
